The Federal Title III Program - Language Instruction for Limited English Proficient Students, provides district funding for community outreach programs to meet the needs of our ELL students and their families. The SDCC along with the Green Cove Springs Public Library, are seeking approval of the CCSB and the Board of County Commissioners to install three Title III funded computers at the local libary for access to the web-based Rosetta Stone program.This access would allow local ELL families the opportunity to access the English language acquisition software outside the school day.
